Generally speaking, You may visit the Website while remaining anonymous and not revealing any personal information.
Obix Labs uses Your IP address to help diagnose problems with the Website servers, to administer the Website, to monitor Website usage, and to gather broad demographic information. Obix Labs uses that information to provide the services and information You select, to better understand its customers, to provide better products and services, and to assist Obix Labs with the Website administration, such as with troubleshooting any problems, detecting fraud, resolving disputes, and for any purposes deemed necessary or required by Obix Labs to enforce the Terms of Use and other terms or conditions applicable to any portion of the Website.
Obix Labs also uses this information to send You information about Obix Labs, Obix Labs, or other topics Obix Labs thinks may be of interest to You, such as product information or updates. As part of its business, Obix Labs works with Obix Labs as well as other authorized partners, such as authorized resellers, to provide You with the services and information You select. 2.5 Law Enforcement and Posted Information Exceptions
One exception to this Privacy Policy is that Obix Labs may provide information You submit to the Website to law enforcement authorities. Obix Labs intends to cooperate with any order or request from law enforcement officials or a court of competent jurisdiction for information as to the identity of individuals submitting or posting information to Obix Labs or on the Website. Such orders or requests supercede the terms of this Privacy Policy. Another exception applies to any information You decide to post in one of the Website's public forums. See Public Forums (2.7). Finally, notifications of claimed copyright infringement, counter notifications or other information submitted to and necessary to process or investigate a copyright infringement complaint are also exempt from this Privacy Policy.

Obix Labs does aggregate all information provided by You to create anonymous statistical and demographic data. This anonymous data helps Obix Labs to understand and know its customer base better. That anonymous data may be provided to third parties but never in such a fashion as to identify You personally.

Certain portions of the Website are designed to offer You the opportunity to post information on the Website, including but not limited to information about yourself ("Posted Information"). For example, You may be permitted to post messages in any message boards, mailing lists, and/or news groups the Website makes available to its users.

From time to time Obix Labs may make online surveys available to users of the Website. Participation in those surveys is voluntary. No portion of the Website is directed at children (defined as individuals age 13 and under) nor are children encouraged to use the Website. Obix Labs does not knowingly solicit any personal information about children.
