Our labs make it possible for businesses and users to access cutting edge technological solutions in a trouble-free and effective manner. Our products simplify application development, business processes and scientific research. This is facilitated by:

1. An open source development model. We believe in transparency, and as a consequence, we publicly provide the source-code for all solutions borne out of our research labs. We also continue to work towards open-sourcing our previously sealed solutions.
2. A crowd sourcing proposals process. Where technology is concerned, we want to take from, and give back to, the crowd. We encourage our user community to propose solutions to us, as well as allowing them to vote on our own proposals. We also have the ability to attract world class researchers to our labs, some of whom have actually become part of our full time staff.
3. Integration with popular technology. We actively pursue a strategy of ensuring that our technologies are easy to integrate with popular technology packages and frameworks. This not only reduces the adoption roadblocks, but also ensures that our solutions can be deployed as part of, and in conjunction with, a number of popular frameworks.
4. A short learning curve. Our solutions aim to be simple enough that they can be easily mastered by the practitioners in the fields at which they are aimed. We expect that if a practitioner has the requisite domain knowledge, very little effort will be required to master one of our solutions.
5. Comprehensive documentation. All our products are accompanied by precise, accurate and comprehensive technical documentation and tutorials. Documentation forms a core part of our desire for openness and transparency, and we aim for documents that are clear and easy to digest and understand.
6. Extensive product support. Once we commit to a product, we will endeavour to support it all through its existence. Our users can always rely on being able to access enterprise quality support, and on our desire to the utmost to meet their support needs.
